Toy Submissions

Inflatables are a larger-than-life aspect of GOTF and a key part of what makes our convention unique. Because our “inflatables panel” lasts for several days and can involve the pool, we ask people bringing their inflatables to submit what they are bringing before the convention, rather than at the convention. Approval for your inflatable(s) to be included at the convention is made on a per-person or per-toy basis by the Inflatables Management team. Final approval for inflatables at the pool is made by the head lifeguard, who is not a part of GOTF staff.

If you’d like to bring your own inflatable, fill out the details below. Submit this form once for each inflatable.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • No NSFW inflatables or inflatables with adult designs/prints or themes.
  • Rip-offs/knock-offs of community-made inflatables or characters.
  • No toys that are taller than 16′ or 25′ long and/or wide.
    • For Red Tag toys on stage, the max height is 10′ tall and 16′ long and/or wide.
    • One toy on stage per person.

For the inflatables, we use a colored tag system:
Black Tag: This toy is a donation to the Charity Raffle and is Display Only.
Red Tag: This toy is for display / photos only. No touching, moving, interacting except by Owner and GOTF Toysitters is allowed.
Yellow Tag: This toy is for gentle play and may be sat on or ridden gently.
Green Tag: This toy is available to play with and may only go into the bouncy castles by their owner. Owners should not leave their toys in the castles when they leave the inflatables area. 
Blue Tag: This toy is available to play with and may be taken into the bouncy castles without their owner’s presence. 

Please fill this form out once per toy you would like to submit. A copy of each toy submission will be emailed automatically to the email address you give on the form.
