Changes to our events in light of the COVID-19 Pandemic

Covid-19 is an evolving threat to the health & wellbeing of us floofs, our friends and our families. Prior to the pandemic, concrud was one of the things you could share with your family and friends to make sure they got something from the con they didn’t attend. That was then. This is now. It’s terrible that this buffed concrud is so wearable & shareable.
Until further notice, Get Out The Float asks you to not share this dangerous concrud. In addition to any venue & government restrictions:
- At our events, all in attendance must present proof of vaccination to registration showing they have been vaccinated for COVID-19.
- If you won’t be vaccinated in time of the event, you may request a refund at least two weeks prior to the event by contacting Baphnedia privately at henlo@getoutthefloat.com.
- For the safety of all our participants, there will be no exceptions to this policy.
- If pandemic conditions are such that we must cancel the event, we will credit the following years’ attendance or refund registration fees, starting in the order that everyone registered.
We’ve heard “in these unprecedented times…” too many times. We want to box this up nice and neat. Instead of sharing this deadly concrud, let us share joy, charity, friendship, & warmth of our community instead.
