Get Out The Float: Seaside 2025

Get Out The Float can’t float without the help from our volunteers! Volunteers help out with making our convention a fun and welcoming place to be in scenic Seaside!

Perks for Volunteers, Dealers and Performers:

All Volunteers, Qualified Panelists and Performers get one set of the following perks:

  • Access to Hospitality Suite
    • Roady’s Ramen (Pork Belly/Chasu and Pumpkin options available). Menu details.
    • Chef Stash’s Cafe (menu TBD).
  • 60 minutes early access to Buyer’s Blvd as if you were a Patron.
  • Staff Bounce evening of setup after other setup tasks are complete and bouncy castles are installed and operating.
  • Once Staff Bounce begins, you may bring in your inflatables early to set up for use or display over the weekend, and deflate them later than normal participants on the morning of Feb 10th when we pack out.
  • Stackable membership compensation:
    • 2025 Attendance Comp ($85).
    • 2026 (or next GOTF) Attendance Comp. ($85)
    • 2025 Qualified Panelist Voucher. ($85; See our Panelist Application for requirements)

We seek friendly volunteers who are willing to help out and have a fun time. Help is needed February 1-5, 2024, for setup, during the program, and break down.

Get Out the Float uses the terms “staff” and “volunteers” interchangeably. A convention staff member is a volunteer.
