Vendor Application 2028

Vendor applications will remain open until we are ready to begin reviewing and approving them for GOTF 2028.

Dealers and Artists have a NEW dedicated space at GOTF inside the Seaside Convention Center in the Necanicum East room. Here is some information to get you started. Our Terms of Service page has detailed information (Vending Agreement) for vendors in PDF format.
Costs:
Table fees are $100 for a 1/2 table or $200 for a full table.
Early setup on Wednesday is available after Convention Registration and Operations are set up and functioning for special registration (volunteers, staff, vendors, etc). Vending days are Thursday-Sunday.
Table fees include attendance membership for the vendor plus one vending assistant who you identify after your application is approved and your table is paid for.
Food:
Working at a table for much of the day can make it difficult to step out for a bite. Our hospitality suite is open to you for drinks and snacks when and where available.
Storage:
A small vendor storage area is present in the dealer’s den layout (staff version). When your table is closed, please use linen (GOTF-provided or your own) to cover your wares and take any valuables, cash, and point-of-sale systems with you. A camera system will be set up in the Dealer’s Den that records voice and video. Once the room is closed no one will be allowed entrance.
Vendor Application:
* Immediate payment for your table will be requested after your application is approved or when your waitlist number comes up. Your table space is not guaranteed until the table fee is paid.
* Our registration system requires you to register before you submit your vendor application. You do not need to pay your registration; just fill in all the required information.
* Your table number will be assigned after payment is received.
* Vendor applications are weighed based on type and quality of goods and services provided as well as past experiences.
Dealer’ s Den Tables:
Full tables: a 96″x30″ in front of you and a 72″x18″ behind you.
Half tables: a 48″x30″ in front of you and a 36″x18″ behind you.
One chair is provided per half table, or two chairs provided per full table.
Power is provided by the Convention Center. Share receptacles responsibly.
Limit of one laminator will be allowed within the area and must be powered down/unplugged when unattended.

Get Out The Float 2027 Vendor Applicants: Get Out The Float 2027 has been postponed to 2028. If you submitted a vendor application for GOTF 2027, your application will rollover to GOTF 2028. You do not need to submit another application for 2028.
